Spa Treatment Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling or you are held liable for the full treatment fee if we cannot fill that slot.
Late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time while the full
treatment cost will apply.
No shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
Treatments are non-refundable and will only be transferred in exceptional circumstances by agreement of management.
Spa prices are subject to change without notice.
Spa Policies And Procedures
The facilities include the sauna, steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and relaxation area.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.
Package treatments cannot be substituted with other treatments.
