Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the Invoice Amount is required to confirm your booking. The balance of 50% of the Invoice Amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the day of arrival, 100% of the Invoice Amount is required to confirm your booking.
Bookings will be released automatically if payment for the Invoice Amount is not received within the specified period.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is after 14:00 and check out time is before 11:00.
Premature Departure
In case of a departure earlier than planned, the entirety of the Invoice Amount remains due and Stillness shall not refund any part thereof.
Booking Cancellation Policy
- 25% of the Invoice Amount is due for booking cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date
- 50% of the Invoice Amount is due for booking cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date
- 100% of the Invoice Amount is due for booking cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date

Due to the popularity of our Spa, we recommend you pre-book any treatments prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment. Weekends are especially booked up and we recommend calling at least 7 days in advance.
